Here, among the essential geometries of dry stone walls in lava rock and the silent art of bush-trained cultivation, Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Carricante mature, nourished by the volcano’s strength. These are vines forged by time, caressed by the wind and nourished by millennial ash.
PIANO DEI DAINI, SOLICCHIATA
In this lunar landscape, the Vigne Curve vineyard nurtures Nerello Mascalese vines, trained in a spurred cordon system. Six hectares of elegance and precision, where each vine is a piece of a living mosaic. Here Carricante also found its home, trained in the traditional free-standing bush vine system (alberello). Each vine expands into the space with perfect balance, following a harmonious geometry.
SANTO SPIRITO, PASSOPISCIARO
An ancient and precious pre-phylloxera vineyard preserves Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio vines, trained in the traditional alberello system. From the manual selection of a specific parcel, carried out directly during harvest, comes an authentic expression of the territory. Each vine sinks its roots into the history and lava of Mount Etna.
