The earliest traces of the estate date back to 1669, in the writings of Abbot Coniglio of Castiglione, who described it as a mosaic of vineyards and ancient millstones.
The volcano, together with the embrace of the Nebrodi and Peloritani mounts, creates a perfect stage—where light and rain dance in balance, giving the grapes a slow and precious ripening.
The vineyards blend with history and nature, following the ancient rhythm of the land. These are vines forged by time, caressed by the wind and nourished by millennial ash.
