THE THEATRE
On the northern slopes of Etna, where elsewhere viticulture would struggle, nature has written a masterpiece. The volcano, together with the embrace of the Nebrodi and Peloritani mountains, creates a perfect stage—where light and rain dance in balance, giving the grapes a slow and precious ripening.
STORY OF FIRE
The soil itself tells this tale of fire and power. The soils of the two districts, especially those of Castiglione di Sicilia, are of fine black sand. Their mineral soul makes them alive, porous, able to breathe and deeply nourish the roots, preserving water even in the driest years.
THE BREATH OF ETNA
Finally, the altitude shapes every detail: here, aromas refine, acids find balance, and the wine is born with a vibrant freshness, a sulfurous vitality, as if it still carried the breath of Etna within.
