ETNA ROSATO DOC

A meticulous selection of native Nerello Mascalese grapes, chosen specifically for the production of this rosé wine. This rosé, with its unmistakable hue of metallic copper, reveals the unique character and strength of its terroir. A versatile and elegant wine, pleasantly balanced between softness and freshness. The vineyards grow at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level.

Vinification:

The must undergoes brief skin contact (gentle pressing) for about three hours, then it is separated from the lees by cold static decantation and vinified at a controlled temperature between 13–15°C for at least 10 days.

Aging:

In stainless steel tanks for 4 months, with fine lees kept in suspension. The wine is then aged in bottle for a minimum of 6 months.
